The Mioranza elaboration process begins with the harvest, receipt and quantification of grapes used for each product. All grapes used in the process must be transported in bulk in non-toxic tarpaulins or in plastic boxes, present a good state of conservation and sanitization, as well as undergo the analysis of Babo Grade.
Upon receipt, the grapes proceed to the process of destemming and crushing the grain, carried out by specific machines to separate the grain from the solid parts of the material (stalks).
